Does the school receive commission?
Yes we offer a generous commission to all Schools, Pre-Schools and Nurseries plus if you recommend us you will receive an extra £50 commission upon completion of photo shoot.

How long does it take to get the finished photo's?
Photo proofs are back within a couple of days from the photo shoot and finished photos are returned within 2 weeks of receiving the order.

How can I book?
Head over to our contact page and contact either Aron or Louise either by phone or e-mail and we will be happy to help.

I have lost my proofs?
No problem. Contact the office and we will happily arrange a new set to send to you.

I have missed the ordering deadline can I still order?
Yes of course you can still place an order direct with us. Please contact the office and we will be happy to help.

How can I make payment?
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or card .

I have a problem with my order?
You have 28 days to resolve any issues with your order.
